v0.7.3 — loot bags survive streaming

Patch release on v0.7.x.

Fixed

• Loot bag + beacon vanished on respawn (StreamingEnabled places — the Roblox default): respawning away from the death spot streamed the bag out of the owner's client, and the beacon died with it. The bag is now stream-persistent for its owner, and the beacon is position-driven — it appears instantly, survives respawn, and clears only when the bag is truly emptied or expires.
