v0.7.1 — ghost-tool fix

Patch release on v0.7.0.

Fixed

• Ghost tools — the hotbar→Tool bridge now verifies you actually carry a pinned item before equipping it. A pin without a backing stack previously conjured a usable Tool out of thin air.
• The hotbar dims a pinned icon when you own none of that item — inert pins now look inert.
• Demo: husks spawn farther from the spawn point (no more farming fresh players).
