Error with startVM.sh - unable to start the Data Capsule VM

While running the command:
$ bash /home/dc-host-bin/startvm.sh --wdir /home/dc-host/data --mode m --policy /home/dc-host-bin/maintenance_mode.fw

Two errors were encountered as below,

1. UNIX connect failed to the monitor
2. Unable to create a listening socket for provided Ip address

These errors appear as shown in the screenshot attached,
