CatgorizeByRarity misses the correct information

categorizePokemonByRarity common has spawn_chance above 0.1 rare has spawn_chance below 0.1 but higher than 0.01 legendary has a spawn chance of 0.01 or lower

The above information is not exactly correct.
Rare spawns do include 0.1.

Note that in the first exercise Rare is used as well, but there Rare spawns do NOT include 0.1.
Perhaps it's worth considering being consistent for these tests.
