adding the following bean in ResourceServerConfig will solve the issue

@Bean(name = BeanIds.AUTHENTICATION_MANAGER)

Thanks for the solution, @lazy worked for me. Now when I hit the client url, it shows the link "Login to Oauth here", but when i click on that link i am getting Oauth exception..
