Grid not refreshed after adding designer in multi-edit

I had filtered to show new models with no designer. I assigned a designer to a model and the grid refreshed as it should. However, when I selected 3 models and assigned the designer to all 3, the grid didn't refresh and those models stayed as if "no designer" was assigned
