Salaam — I run an AI-native research/ops shop and have been consuming your public project directory and palestine-datasets work with a lot of respect.
One thing I kept hitting: with 70+ incubated projects, it's genuinely hard (from outside) to see which projects cover which function — so builders and funders risk duplicating instead of routing. So we built you something rather than asking for anything: a structured map that tags every project on your public directory by function and by the infrastructure pillar it serves, with a column flagging pillars nobody's filling yet. One-pager + the underlying data below, sourced only from your own public pages and GitHub.
Take it, correct anything we got wrong, use it however helps — no strings, full credit to T4P, and if it's useful we'll keep it current monthly. We don't run incubators or route volunteers; we just make existing work easier to find and route into. — Alex

Method note: the projects directory is a JavaScript-rendered page; we enumerated it by rendering the page in a headless browser and reading the fully-loaded project cards. The GitHub org was enumerated from its public repository listing (13 public repos). Where a project's card exposed no external website link and its stated function was under-specified, the field is marked literal "unknown" rather than guessed.

A project is counted under every pillar its stated function touches, so totals sum to more than 83.
Gap column — evidence of absence
We looked through all 83 listed projects' stated functions plus the 8 public GitHub-org tools/datasets. No pillar is literally zero, but three pillars are near-empty, and the emptiness is specific:
Takaful / risk (pillar 3) — near-empty. Across every project card we read, exactly one touches risk/insurance at all (Spark, and only as a price-comparison directory of financial products). We found zero projects building takaful, mutual-aid risk pools, or any insurance/risk instrument. Evidence: searched all 83 function descriptions for insurance/risk/takaful/coverage functions.
Halal food / supply chain (pillar 4) — near-empty. One supply-chain project exists (ShareCity, circular manufacturing among factories/SMEs), and its own description is general-industrial, not halal- or food-specific. We found zero projects on halal food supply, agricultural supply chains, or food logistics. Evidence: searched all 83 function descriptions for food/agriculture/halal/supply-chain functions.
Payments (pillar 1) — present in name only. Ten projects touch "payments," but on inspection all ten are commerce/boycott discovery (find ethical or Palestinian-owned brands, scan barcodes, round up spare change to donate). We found zero projects building an actual payment rail, processor, or settlement path — the thing that can be de-platformed or frozen. Evidence: every pillar-1 row is a marketplace, brand-directory, purchase-decision, or donation-routing tool, not payment infrastructure.
Banking / settlement (pillar 2) — thin. Three projects touch it (namlah reads bank statements; Dhow and Spark are investment/finance discovery). Zero banking, settlement, or account-infrastructure projects.
These are observations about T4P's incubator's function coverage, not criticisms — an advocacy-project incubator would naturally concentrate in narrative, data, and community. We flag the near-empty pillars only so builders and funders can see where the white space is.

A note on the "status signal" column
For incubated projects, the status signal we can honestly report is that they are listed on the public directory as of 2026-07-10 — that is a listing signal, not proof of current build activity. We did not fetch each project's own changelog. For the GitHub-org tools/datasets, we report each repo's last-updated date as shown on the public org listing (accessed 2026-07-10), which ranges from

This is a living draft. If it's useful, we'll keep it current. Corrections we'd especially welcome: projects we mis-tagged by function, projects that have graduated or paused, projects missing from the public directory, and any pillar-gap we've misread. Nothing here is co-branded and nothing asserts a T4P endorsement — it's an outside ally's legibility pass, offered freely, full credit to Tech for Palestine.
