OnePlus 3 last TWRP crashes after flashing last official OXygen OS

• I am running an official build of TWRP, downloaded from https://twrp.me/Devices/
• I am running the latest version of TWRP
• I have read the FAQ (https://twrp.me/FAQ/)
• I have searched for my issue and it does not already exist

Device codename: oneplus 3
TWRP version: 3.3.1.1

WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?

Rebooting phone or flashing other zips after flashing official Oxygen OS 9.0.6 crashes TWRP, screen stays static and then goes off. No error show in the TWRP screen. Need to force shut down and reboot again to recovery to continue other flashing.
