Upgrade fails when storage is encrypted

could you build an New release integrating the patch mentioned [here](https://github.com/TeamWin/android_device_leeco_zl1/issues/1)  ?
I recently had the same Issue. I decribed the problem [here](https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/twrp-issue-with-lineageos-16-0.1184137/) 
Do you think the fix from the first link can help? Pleas have a look. Sorry for my improvable english.
