Add TYPE keyword support and data types

Edit lexer.py, parser.py, and interpreter.py in order to add support for the TYPE keyword and for the four main data types in TEPL; TEXT(TXT), NUMBER(NUM), DECIMAL(DEC), and BOOLEAN(BOOL).
