Shell Theme Issues

Hi! First of all thanks for this project. It really made me stick to GNOME instead of switching to KDE haha! The project is great but I've encountered some issues, in particular shell theme issues that I'd like to see be addressed. These issues appear to happen with every colour scheme but only the shell. GTK3/4 apps seem fine. This is a non-exhaustive list. I will update this with time especially since I need some time to gather screenshots of the issue, so please bear with me! TIA!
