Remove obsolete `date` property from projects and datasets

With issue #1564 entities have now a dateCreated and dateModified property, making the generic named date property obsolete. It should be removed. This should also remove the sort=date query parameter from the knowledge-graphs http api, which is superseded by sort=dateModified.
