To actually edit your account's settings, you need to click on the "Submit" button at the bottom. After that, you need to confirm the change via the email you will receive.
Please re-open an issue if the problem persist.

Submit button stays gray when I enter LN address that is already approved.
Also withdraw address box behavior on mobile app and web is different. On mobile I can select approved address from list, but on web the list is not shown. Fixing that would fix this issue too.
