Add a list option where cards exist

When encountering the cards, the whole thing reacts when you hover, which indicates you can click anywhere.

Should be able to click on the card anywhere to enter the course or the reading.

Can also:

• eliminate any reaction when you hover / eliminate motion at hover.
• expand target area of cards to include the card and the button?
