Default Mc world

Bug Report

It does not generate a stone block just a default world on my server
and yes it is voidworld in server.properties

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. make server
2. modify server.properties
3. start server

You must run the ServerStart.bat not the .jar. If it doesn't work reinstall java
