@JeraldJF Yes, the issue is occurring. When clicking on the "Add User" button, nothing opens and no action is performed.

Looks like a form creation is missed. I will share you the cURL to run, that will resolve the issue. But before can i know what version of Sunbird ED is been deployed and used here?
