I wonder if there is a way that this can be incorporated in the project. I asked a team to create a single file python based todo list app and it provided all of the code in different segments. It would be nice if there was an output that way I could just download the file and test it.

Have you tried having another agent in the team to piece the code together? Could be a quick solution to your issue
