Hammer Bug: Keyvalue "Reset" button has trouble with dropdown-type keyvalues

Describe the bug

using the "Reset" button above keyvalues in Hammer entities is unreliable with keyvalues that use dropdown fields. the keyvalue doesn't get properly set unless you manually go and select the default.

To Reproduce

1. Open Hammer and create a new map.
2. Create an entity with dropdown keyvalues -- prop_static is one.
3. Change a dropdown keyvalue, such as Collisions, from the default, and apply it.
4. Hit the Reset button to put it back to the default.
5. Hit Apply and observe that the keyvalue returns to the non-default value you set prior.
