I am trying to run ctf estimation on a tilt series, but I keep getting the error:
Sending to gpu with the most available memory 1 with 99.26%
Error using BH_ctf_Estimate (line 68)
The tilt angle file fixedStacks/Position_41.tlt was not found.
Error in emClarity (line 512)
The file is there, and ordered correctly according to tilt angle collection - any help would be amazing!!!
