I tried to make a spell circle to craft an Empty Impetus from raw items earlier today, and my items were voided when I tried to put them in my storage vessels via Lay Items. it would eat items seemingly at random.
After asking around a little I found that putting items into a storage vessel too quickly caused this for another person. They also noted that that was the case when depositing via Create as well and recommended hoppers.
