doing CTRL+S on the page should first check to see if the bitwarden password needs to be reentered

STR:

do a sync
restart the docker container (clearing out the store)
without refreshing the page, do CTRL+S
sync will fail

It would be better if the page made you reenter your PW instead of failing the sync.
