Cannot open bibite files

I cloned this repo and tried booting up the application. It starts but when selecting a bibite file, it tells me the file cannot be read.
clicking cancel also gives this error.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a win 10 pc with Python (3.8.5) installed (x64 system)
2. Boot up BiBrainer by executing the BiBrainer.pyw file (console or directly doesn't matter)
3. attempt to open a bibite file extracted from an autosave.

Bibite files extracted from autosaves are stored differently for some reason so they don't work but saving a bibite itself should.
Also not related to this issue but this was written for python 3.9 so other things might break

Okay, Will see if it works on 3.9/With a specifically saved bibite!
