Currently we inherit the GitHub workflows from Cayo. I'm not entirely happy with having all of our eggs in the GitHub basket, so I'd like to make sure that we have workflows that work with alternative source forges in case we decide to abandon GitHub.
There are many reasons to abandon GitHub, especially as open source advocates, but for now it provides a lot of benefits which will take work and potentially money to reproduce. So, this is not a priority, but we cannot rely on GitHub's goodwill lasting forever.
