Setup / managing-sidebar: the icon manager show the old widget

With the addition of bootstrap and font-awesome icons, this widget has been disabled. Need eventually to build a better search widget.

Also need new docs to show how to add widgets. Before it was very easy to set a widget. Now you have to know how to do it.
