Add a logo for Debian to the "About this system" screen

Describe the feature

We should have a logo for Debian to display it in the "About this system" screen. Maybe we should replace the generic KDE Plasma logo by a more SonicDE-ish one as well.

A config file goes in /etc/xdg/scm-about-distrorc for the distro.

here is an example config:
