Want to see if there is something blocking the implementation of 5164 as a plug on socket

Just simple wrapper contracts on top of existing plug contracts should be OK. Please be sure these plugs will remain operable only within evm chains (or) chains where the types are compatible with Evm types. You cannot expand to non-evm (or) cosmos-based chains with 5164 plugs; instead, please look at 6170.

Yea last I checked 5164 it had a few quirks that I felt we should double check if we can support, I am 85% confident we can support it. Would love to get a stronger conviction @arthcp @ameeshaagrawal @tHeMaskedMan981

and yes thanks @sujithsomraaj noted on 6170, will check it out, regardless if its built as a plug we can def support it as well
