Accalia is thinking Gulp? Needs to have build and test commands

if we're using RTFD.org for docs, coveralls.io for code coverage, and moving to ES6 we should be able to more or less use the one that's sitting in sockbot's es6-dev branch.

that'll give us required lint pass for test pass, testing with istanbul code coverage, and auto doc building/commiting.

I'd be okay with using grunt too, but i'm much less familiar so @yamikuronue would have to be the one to maintain that script. ;-)
