bug: Unable to install IPA on Altstore

Description

I am aware that this has been submitted as an issue before, however the original submitter did not follow through on their issue, and did not arrive at a final solution.

When attempting to install the IPA (stripped extensions, attempted using both exporting from sideloadly, and using Altstores native extension removing), AltSign.Error 0 occurs, with the message "Idid.cpp(1461): _assert(): end >= size - 0x10. Sideloading using sideloadly is not an alternative and has not been tested, as you can not use multiple sideloading solutions with a free personal developer account.

Minimal Reproduction

1. Download decrypted instagram IPA from decrypt.day
2. Follow wiki to apply the SCInsta patch onto the IPA via github workflow
3. (optional) Remove all extensions in sideloadly and export the IPA
4. Import the IPA into Altstore, cliking remove extensions if step 3. was not preformed
5. Error occurs during installation

To provide additional context, the recommended Instagram version isn't being used as it is no longer available on most IPA unlocker archives.

After some further searching, this seems to be a reoccurring issue with the implementation of some IPAs, more info is present in altstoreio/AltStore#1034

I got my hands on the correct decrypted IPA and it works fine via LiveContainer
