feat: close friends feed

Description

I’d love to have the option to have a feed (and maybe stories) only from my close friends.

At the moment I have to move between search and messages to check on some of them occasionally, a custom feed would be perfect to see just those accounts I care the most about

I’m not sure if it would be possible to develop, but surely would be a great addition

Add two toggles in the Feed settings to enable stories and posts from close friends

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add the ability to add some friends as exclusions to the hidden stories and posts?
