feat: Stop stories from auto advancing

Description

It would be great to have a feature that prevents stories from auto advancing.
Currently, regardless of this SCInsta tweak being applied or not, stories automatically advance to the next one.
So I always have to manually keep holding the screen to prevent that behaviour.

I don't know if it is allowed to refer to the name of other tweaks, but the Regram tweak has that feature. (Unfortunately, it is closed source.)

Hi! It may still be in A/B testing (I'm not completely sure), but if you click the three dots while watching a reel, there should be a toggle to disable auto advancing of reels. Feel free to let me know if you can see it from your account, if not I'll see if there's a way I can force it to be enabled.
