Error: The columnWidths property of the TableColumnResizing plugin is given an invalid value

Whenever I try to preview a new table with the tools, I get the following error : v

I then have to close the sqltools output pane and re-run the query to preview the table.

this perhaps related or an issue with the upstream vscode-sqltools. I can see the same error message with the postgres driver too and it's been reported at mtxr/vscode-sqltools#988

Please update the main extension to 0.27.0 and re-test.
