Double quote object names for Snowflake identifier requirements

While creating a semantic model, when selecting a stage for upload, we're seeing an error.

Per Identifier requirements, the example we're seeing violates this rule: Contain only letters, underscores, decimal digits (0-9), and dollar signs (“$”).

Apologies, we were a few versions behind on the repo. However, after pulling again, we are still encountering a similar error, it looks like the object name is being wrapped by not including the database and schema name.
