I printed a model with 820 layers that had mostly one color, black matte PLA, and a PETG support interface layer around 215-217. The prime tower stopped there, as expected, but the printer kept the PETG toolhead idling at 105C for the entire rest of the print, about 5 more hours. 7% of the energy wasted.
Which printers will be beneficial to this feature?
