Feature: Display a message when the shopping cart is empty

Hello! This is a fantastic project.

I noticed a small user experience improvement that could be made on the Cart page (/cart). When a user's cart is empty, the item list is just blank, which might look like an error or a loading issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

I suggest adding a conditional message that appears only when the cart is empty. This "empty state" message could inform the user their cart is empty and encourage them to continue shopping.
