missing numbers in equations

Example attached, happened 3 times in one session. I could answer and it clearly had another number in mind in the equation but the first number wasn't visible.

Thanks for the feedback. Are you on the latest app version? Before the game starts there should be an animated instruction which explains the game flow: after the first equation yo have to remember the result which than would be used for the + 5. for example if the result of the first was 20 and the next is +5 the result would be 25
