Broken Raiden Shogun Boss(HELP ASAP!)

Im not exactly sure how to word this..but my raiden mod is completely broken! Everything is a disaster, its all merged together and im not sure how to fix it. Ive done everything I can and nothing is working. Please help ASAP!
