Add Better Generated File Warning

Currently it generates a comment like this:

```

It should probably be more like this:

```
// Automatically generated from source file: ../../Relative/Path/MyParserSourceFile.tpg
// By TinyPG v1.3 available at http://github.com/SickheadGames/TinyPG
```
