Reported by a Discord user:

This spell creates a wizard tower, and requires a level 7 source, however there are very few lvl 7 sources on map. I ask that you change the source requirement to 5 from 7.

This is also because wizard regents rely on low province levels and high magic source, so they dont have much income to maintain castles.

@Question2 There isn't one specifically for this project. We're piggy-backing off the Birthright.net Discord here. I'll add it to the readme when I get a chance to update it later this week.
