Description
Reported by a Discord user:
Any changes made in the charad.exe do not immediately transfer to the scened95.exe. However I found that if you use the "reset & reload characters" option from the options menu, then return to scenario, then all the character editor changes are in effect.
Its a minor thing, but anyone who doesnt know that would assume the worst, so Im reporting it.

Also the chared.exe doesnt include non playable regents, or hirable lieutenants. It doesnt make much sense to be able to edit only the default regents. We should be able to edit all characters in the game to create our own scenarios, including the gorgon, and non landed chracters. The scene95.exe allows to make those realms playable, we should be able to edit them too, using chared.exe. If this is possible for the patch project.
Operating System
DOS
Version
Patch 1.4 (1.0.0.4)
Is it a regression?
No.
Expected behavior
Changes made in Scenario Editor should apply to the Character Editor after saving.
Actual behavior
Changes are not reflected until after pressing Reset & Reload Chars.
Steps to reproduce
- Make a change in the Scenario Editor.
- Attempt to find the change in the Character Editor.
