[Bug] Climbing ladders indefinitely

Description

Reported by a Discord user:

Ladders in adventure mode are rare, but when I climb one where there is no ceiling, my characters keep going up like they are flying. If I stop pressing the up/jump key I fall down and take damage, because I wasnt actually flying.

I dont know if this is a bug with the OG game or the patch. Probably the OG game.

If I try to climb down a ladder using the down/crouch key, I get stuck inside the ladder.

No.

Expected behavior

Continuously climbing up a ladder causes the player to "climb" past the upper end of the ladder.

Actual behavior

The ladder climbing should stop at the top.

Steps to reproduce

1. Begin climbing up a ladder and continue past the upper end without releasing the climbing button.
