Proposal to merge in Crab Scouter

Hey all! Love the plugin. I just published one of my own called Crab Scouter to crowdsource crab data across worlds.

It's called Crab Scouter: https://github.com/jmccarey/crab-scouter.

It's supposed to help find worlds with less people crabbing so that you can get more gems. The problem is that it needs a decent userbase before it really becomes useful. Since you guys seem to be emerging as the AIO crab plugin, I was wondering if you'd like to team up? o7

@jmccarey This seems really helpful especially with finding worlds and I like the setup you have for it.
Some considerations:

• we might have to make it opt in (so off by default) which is potentially problematic if not enough people switch it on
• likely will need warnings of outgoing connections related to the privacy of their ip address and data
• could extend some of the functionally to collect or accumulate more data around crab encounters

All to say thanks for bringing this to our attention! We'll discuss more and talk next steps.
