feat suggestion: support repeating alarm

I'm bit inattentive and have the tendency of playing multiple accounts at the same time. With so many other alarms, it's common for me to miss the HP threshold alarm and only realize after several minutes. A reoccurring alarm (once every X seconds if no crab present) would be helpful.

If that's a desirable feature, I could work on a PR, just let me know.

I'm not against it. It would have to be a configuration option and off by default as to not impact others unless they want it on.

Of course. Would a single integer Notification interval setting be enough, where 0 would mean no repeat, or would you rather have a Repeat notification checkbox too?

Hmmm I could see both making sense. I think having the interval in seconds is required and then the checkbox to toggle it on/off. That way it could default to whatever you think is correct for the interval but it would not be enabled by default. Most likely want to make it so the notification can't happen too often either so the minimum might need to be above 5 or 10 seconds.
