bug: lambda functions with inline code causes a crash

Just spun this up in a project at work and it had som work in progress lambdas that just had some dummy inline code in the cdk, but this causes issues with lld.

Error: Code file not found for Lambda function undefined

I'll just remove these for now, but I think it would make sense for lld to just ignore these functions?

Thank you, @Lewenhaupt, for the bug report.

I already created a PR with a fix. For now, I will just ignore such Lambdas, as they are not used that often.

@ServerlessLife yeah I think that makes sense! Probably a reasonable limitation of the project and not that useful to have support for it.
