Proxies & Multiple Accounts

Opening this to hopefully attract some help, I'd like to expand intelwatchers scraping ability by accessing multiple ratelimits at once. Most of us use proxies for mapping, so the idea would be to have 1 account/cookie file per proxy and let the current tile limiter be used to farm jobs to each set, while maintaining self-cookie renewal.
