Build PDF in deployment and include when we publish to GH-Pages

We have PDF support in place, and automatic deployment on GitHub Actions to GH-Pages. We need to combine these so that we automatically run our pdf scripts in https://github.com/Seneca-ICTOER/IPC144/blob/main/.github/workflows/deployment.yaml, and copy the generated PDF to the built Docusauraus site as a static file. We can then add a link in the Docusaurus site to allow users to download it.
