OAuth Request Has Been Used Before

When using this client library I sometimes see this error (probably on about 1 in 200 calls):

Semantics3Error: OAuth Request Has Been Used Before

It's not clear if this is caused by some problem in the client library, or if it's a problem with Semantics3 API itself. Any suggestions?

For what it's worth, we do still experience this error regularly.

@mcummins This happens even after the retrys is it? Can you share the steps if you're able to reproduce it and implement the same in nodejs/perl so that I can isolate if the problem is with the library or the API itself, any reproduction information you can share would help me debug this. Thanks!

Yes, it happens even after retries. Sometimes it succeeds on retry, sometimes it doesn't. Here is an example from our logs where we retry 8 times over a period of 1 minute:
