Steam downgrade failed for version 1763795278.

Hi, the app failed to downgrade Steam to version 1763795278. Other older versions from 5 and above work fine.

Here is the cmd log

Will apply target version 1763795278.

• Quit Steam
• Delete the package/ directory and download the target Steam version
• Launch Steam in update mode to apply the update
• Write steam.cfg to block future updates
• Clean appcache/ (preserving achievement data)
