Postprocess styles (e.g. autoprefixer)

There are some PHP libraries that allow post processing for auto prefixing ors css etc...

Libraries like https://github.com/vladkens/autoprefixer-php basically call node binaries to do this.
So maybe it's easier to just allow configuring post process commands for the integrator similar to what MOC.ImageOptimizer allows.
