Build script needs to swap in an actual secret for the magic cookie

CloudDataStore.cs puts a magic cookie into the header of every REST call.

Right now the magic cookie is always chocolate-chip, but the build script needs to substitute a genuine secret that is (obviously) not part of the source code repository.
