[license](https://metacpan.org/pod/CPAN::Meta::Spec#license) uses the term "restricted" instead of [restrictive](https://github.com/SBECK-github/App-CPANtoRPM/blob/c4dd7c13135af11d735c680ce6d54753ff3c17ea/lib/App/CPANtoRPM.pm#L2516). Maybe you can allow both.
